OnlyFans Model Detained in Spain on Drug Charges
In a recent incident on the N-332 road near Torrevieja, Spain, Madison Smyth , a 20-year-old OnlyFans model originally from Northern Ireland, was arrested for possession of crystal meth and cannabis. The arrest occurred during a routine traffic stop in the early hours of September 8.
Coercion Claims by Smyth
During the interaction with the police, Smyth alleged that she was forced into transporting the drugs after being threatened by an unidentified individual. She claimed that this person had shown her threatening images including a weapon, her family, and her home. Smyth stated that she was instructed to pick up and deliver a bag to a specific location near the beach in Torrevieja under these threatening pretenses.
Legal Proceedings and Bail Conditions
After spending 10 days in custody, Smyth was released on a $20,000 bail on September 19. The conditions of her bail include surrendering her passport and attending court multiple times a month as the investigation into the charges against her continues.
Family Ties and Ongoing Investigations
Interestingly, Smyth’s husband, 27-year-old Jonny Smyth, is currently incarcerated on unrelated charges. He was arrested earlier in March in Portugal under a European Arrest Warrant linked to an investigation into a death in Belfast, claims which he denies. Despite her husband's legal troubles, authorities have not connected Madison directly with the crimes attributed to her spouse.
