Overview of OnlyFans Model's Lawsuit Against Kanye West

In a recent legal development, rapper and producer Kanye West is facing a lawsuit initiated by an OnlyFans model, identified as Pisciotta, who has brought forth allegations of sexual harassment among other accusations. The lawsuit, which was filed in June 2024, has sparked considerable media attention due to the serious nature of the claims and West’s prominence in the entertainment industry.

Allegations Leading to Lawsuit

The conflict began when West allegedly persuaded Pisciotta to deactivate her OnlyFans account in July 2022, with a promise of compensating her with $1 million. Following the closure of her account, Pisciotta describes a deterioration in their professional relationship, highlighted by increasingly inappropriate behavior from West. She reports receiving explicit texts from him that outlined his sexual fantasies, making her feel uncomfortable.

More disturbingly, Pisciotta recounts specific instances where West’s messages carried racially charged tones about his sexual preferences. Additionally, the lawsuit details troubling phone interactions in which West allegedly masturbated while speaking to her.

Escalation and Termination

The complications in their professional association reportedly culminated when Pisciotta was promoted to Chief of Staff for West's companies, a position that came with a proposed salary of $4 million. However, she claims that she was dismissed from her position in October 2022 without the promised $3 million severance package.

Legal Claims Against West

Pisciotta’s lawsuit against West includes multiple claims such as sexual harassment, breach of contract, wrongful termination, and the creation of a hostile work environment. These allegations paint a stark picture of professional misconduct underpinned by uneven power dynamics. Following these claims, West's legal representation, which also served him in a separate assault case, reportedly sought to sever ties with the artist after being dismissed.

As of now, representatives for Kanye West have not provided any comments regarding the allegations brought forth in the lawsuit.
