An OnlyFans model, Michaela Brashaye Rylaarsdam, faces charges of second-degree murder following the suffocation death of a subscriber during a fetish session. This incident took place in his home in Escondido, as confirmed by local police authorities.
Details of the Incident
Escondido Police were alerted and arrived at the scene where they discovered the man deceased. The cause of death was determined to be homicidal asphyxia by the San Diego County medical examiner's office, resulting from a plastic bag sealed over the victim’s head.
Events Leading to the Arrest
Rylaarsdam, a resident of San Bernardino County, arrived at the man's residence around 6 PM. Despite the man's evident intoxication, the model stayed for several hours. Throughout her visit, the victim made several unusual requests, including being wrapped in saran wrap like a mummy and having women's boots glued to his feet. Notably, police reported no evidence that the deceased had requested the plastic bag be placed over his head.
Legal Proceedings
Following the incident, on February 19, Rylaarsdam was arrested and charged with second-degree murder. She has since pleaded not guilty to the charges and is currently being held without the possibility of bond.
