OnlyFans Model Charged with Murder After BDSM Session Results in Death
In a shocking incident from April 2023, an OnlyFans model has been accused of second-degree murder following the fatal outcome of a BDSM session. The model, with the surname Rylaarsdam, is alleged to have deviated from the agreed practices, leading to the tragic death of an individual named Dale.
Details of the Fatal Session
Court records reveal that Dale had paid Rylaarsdam $11,000 for a session during which he was to be wrapped in plastic, akin to a "mummy". The session reportedly escalated to include sealing his eyes shut and adhering boots to his feet. However, Dale was later discovered with additional restraints, including duct tape over his mouth and a plastic bag over his head, wrapped tightly with Saran Wrap and duct tape around his face and neck.
Evidence and Legal Proceedings
An affidavit highlighted that a video on Rylaarsdam's phone showed her performing a sexual act, with Dale appearing motionless in the background, presumably recorded for her OnlyFans content. The medical examiner ruled the cause of death as asphyxiation and stated that the plastic bag was in place for at least eight minutes, classifying it as a homicide.
Rylaarsdam has entered a plea of not guilty. Her defense argues that there was no intent to cause death, claiming Dale consented to the activities. On the other hand, prosecutors assert that the consent does not absolve her from responsibility for the fatal outcome. She remains in custody without bail and is expected back in court later this month.
