Lily Phillips, a 23-year-old model on the subscription-based platform OnlyFans, could face a ban from Airbnb. Phillips reportedly utilized a rented apartment in London's Notting Hill for hosting a sexual event that she live-streamed. The property, estimated to be worth around $1.9 million, was rented specifically for this event in October. During the live-stream, Phillips engaged with 101 men in a single day, as per the content shared on her OnlyFans account.
Airbnb Host Unaware of the Event
The host of the Notting Hill apartment discovered the nature of the use only after Phillips' departure. They reported being unaware of the event, noting no unusual signs in the apartment immediately after she left. The full scope of activities came to light a few days later, prompting them to decline any further public comments on the matter.
Breach of Airbnb Policies
Activities like those engaged in by Phillips appear to contravene Airbnb’s policies, which strictly prohibit the use of properties for commercial adult entertainment purposes. In addition, Phillips' gathering exceeded the maximum number of guests allowed, further breaching the company’s rental terms. Despite the significant number of attendees, there were reportedly no disturbances reported within the property, which is located in a building that houses six apartments predominantly occupied by young professionals.

She also tearfully announced a new challenge planned for January, aiming to engage with 1,000 men in 24 hours, which she hopes will set a world record. The location for this upcoming event remains unconfirmed, though Phillips has issued a casting call on social media, specifying that participants must be at least 18 years old.
