Key actions reportedly included urinating on items including an air conditioning unit, curtains, bedding, and a Bible, along with defecating on the floor. Subsequently, she allegedly attempted to conceal the feces inside the toilet tank.

This incident occurred in January 2025, compounding Tedford's existing legal challenges. Previously, she was arrested for an incident at the Monadnock Food Co-op, also in Keene. During that episode, Tedford is said to have filmed herself urinating on various grocery items. This action caused around $1,500 in damages as the affected stock, which included organic quinoa, polenta, coconut shreds, cornmeal, and raw walnuts, had to be discarded due to contamination.
