Prosecutor Joanne Daniels outlined that Rixon produced explicit photographs and videos with a 16-year-old girl, incorrect initially believed to be 18. The illicit activities spanned seven months, during which the girl turned 17, with the materials aimed to be sold on WhatsApp . Rixon admitted to continuing the activity even after she became aware of the minor's true age.

The court session revealed the discovery of 43 category A indecent images, 11 category B, and 119 category C images of the minor. It was disclosed that Rixon's actions were partly motivated by a need to fund a drug habit.
