Incident Overview

On a recent Monday afternoon, at around 3 p.m., Fort Lauderdale Police responded to a burglary report at a residence located on the 1300 block of Seminole Drive, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The home is associated with Sophie Rain, a model known for her work on OnlyFans. The intruder, identified as 22-year-old Texas native Connor Litka, was found inside the property by authorities.

Arrest and Charges

Upon refusal to leave the premises voluntarily, a SWAT team along with negotiators were dispatched to manage the situation. After a standoff, Litka was apprehended and removed from the property in handcuffs. Facing several charges including burglary, resisting an officer without violence, and providing false identification, Litka allegedly used the alias "Conner Rain" during the arrest. He has been placed under a $51,000 bond with strict conditions including no contact with the victim and mandatory GPS monitoring if released.

Connection to OnlyFans Model

The residence targeted in the burglary was reportedly rented through Airbnb by the manager of Sophie Rain, a popular OnlyFans model. Rain later confirmed her safety and expressed gratitude for the support from her followers in a TikTok post following the frightening ordeal.

Court Proceedings and Suspect Background

In court, the prosecution highlighted Litka's transient appearance and his dubious claim of being a student at Arizona State University. His criminal history in various states, encompassing charges like trespassing and reckless driving, was also noted.

Investigation Details

Security footage from the property showed Litka gaining unauthorized access by jumping a side fence and breaking a glass door. The property manager's review of the footage played a crucial role in detailing the extent of the intrusion, with visible damage observed on the property's back door.

Community Impact

The intensive law enforcement response, including the SWAT team's involvement, significantly impacted the local community, closing down the street for several hours. Local resident Scott Gray provided insights into the disruption caused by the episode, underscoring the extensive nature of the police's operational response.
