In Houston, a distressing event unfolded involving a popular gaming streamer and OnlyFans model known as Amouranth. The model was subjected to a violent assault when three individuals attempted to rob her by forcing her to disclose her cryptocurrency credentials.
The Assault and Kidnapping
The suspects, identified as Dylan Campbell, 18, Demarcus Morris, 17, and Bryan Salazar-Guerrero, 19, are facing severe charges including aggravated robbery and aggravated kidnapping. As their attempt to coerce the credentials from Amouranth failed, they escalated the situation by physically assaulting her with a pistol.
Intervention and Escape
The situation took a critical turn when Amouranth's husband, alerted by her distress signals on social media and disturbances, confronted the attackers with a firearm. This intervention resulted in one of the suspects being shot. Surveillance footage later captured the wounded suspect and his accomplices fleeing the scene, with the injured suspect being dropped off at a local hospital by the others.
Investigation and Arrests
Authorities successfully tracked down the trio through surveillance videos and leads, including footage of the vehicle used during the crime. A stolen vehicle recovery and a traffic stop led to the apprehension of Salazar-Guerrero in Galveston County on March 6, driving the suspected vehicle with traces of blood and cleaning products inside. He confessed to his role as the getaway driver and identified Campbell as the orchestrator of the crime.
Evidence and Charges
Further investigation led authorities to an apartment complex where they found paperwork and a dark-colored Toyota related to the robbery. All suspects were apprehended and are currently held in Harris County Jail with significant bonds required for their release. Salazar-Guerrero, who has been released on bond, disclosed critical details during questioning.
