Unauthorized Sales of Amouranth's Likeness on Amazon Notebooks

Popular OnlyFans and Twitch content creator Amouranth has recently faced unauthorized use of her likeness on notebooks sold on Amazon. The influencer, whose real name is Kaitlyn Siragusa, has been depicted in various photos and artworks on products without her prior consent. This incident has sparked considerable backlash from her extensive online following, who have been vocal in their support for Siragusa by suggesting legal measures against the unauthorized sales.

Public and Legal Reactions

Supporters of Amouranth have taken to social media to express their disdain and disappointment over the misuse of the content creator's image. Their reactions ranged from referring to the act as "rude" to advocating for legal action by advising Siragusa to "lawyer up." One commenter noted the ethical issues at play, stating, "Always the way! Dunno why people can be so low to use others for their gain."

Amazon's Response to Intellectual Property Abuse

Following the uproar on platforms like Twitter and Instagram, Amazon recognized the severity of the infringement and has since been in communication with Amouranth. The Amazon support team has directed her to file a formal report to expedite the removal of the offending listings.

In an official statement, a spokesperson from Amazon highlighted their commitment to intellectual property rights, "All books in the store, including notebooks, must adhere to our content guidelines. We both proactively prevent books from being listed as well as remove books that do not adhere to those guidelines." The spokesperson confirmed that an investigation is ongoing and efforts are being made to eliminate any products that violate these guidelines from their online store.
